Important — Alpha Program: Pairbotic is currently in alpha testing. During this period, the service is provided "as-is" and may contain bugs or significant issues. Members of our team may review account activity, profile content, AI agent conversations, and messages between users. This oversight is conducted solely to ensure platform safety, quality of matches, and improvement of the AI systems. By registering, you explicitly consent to this monitoring for the duration of the alpha period.
Free Service & No Payment: The Service is currently provided free of charge for Alpha testing. No billing information is collected or processed. We do not offer any paid subscriptions or premium features at this time.
You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration.
Our platform uses AI agents to conduct compatibility conversations on your behalf. These conversations are logged and may be reviewed by our team during the beta period for safety validation and quality assurance purposes.
We collect the information you provide and data generated through platform use, including AI conversation transcripts. During the beta period, this data is accessible to our core team for safety and improvement purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, particularly during beta, if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour that compromises platform safety or integrity.
The platform is provided "as is" during the beta period. We make no guarantees regarding the availability of the service or the quality of matches produced by the AI system.

You retain all rights to the personal information, text, photos, and other content you submit to Pairbotic. However, by submitting content, you grant Pairbotic a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute such content in any and all media or distribution methods (now known or later developed) for the purpose of operating, developing, providing, and improving the Service. This includes using your profile data to train our AI matching algorithms.
Pairbotic is not responsible for the conduct of any user on or off of the Service. You agree that you are solely responsible for your interactions with other users. You understand that Pairbotic does not currently conduct criminal background checks or identity verification on its users. We make no representations or warranties as to the conduct of users or their compatibility with any current or future users. You agree to take all necessary precautions in all interactions with other users, especially if you decide to communicate off the Service or meet in person.
The Service, including its "look and feel" (e.g., text, graphics, images, logos), proprietary content, information and other materials, are protected under copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You agree that Pairbotic and/or its licensors own all right, title and interest in and to the Service (including any and all intellectual property rights therein) and you agree not to take any action(s) inconsistent with such ownership interests. We encourage you to provide feedback, but if you do, you agree that we are free to use it without any restriction or compensation to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Pairbotic, its affiliates, employees, licensors or service providers be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, punitive, exemplary, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (b) the conduct or content of any other user on the Service; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, even if Pairbotic has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Pairbotic, its officers, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
